You don't understand anything until you learn it more than one way.
~Marvin Minsky

Early childhood education provides a stimulating play environment for Physical, Intellectual, Language, Social and emotional development of the child. Thakur International school provides Nursery, Prep 1 and Prep 2 which prepare children for Primary school and focuses on the holistic development of the child.

At Thakur International School as part of our Pre-primary, we focus on the overall development of the child, not only providing personalized attention and student centered lessons, but also creating a rich and broad variety of experiences beyond our walls through art classes, stage performances, engaging field trips, and activities based on practical and sensoril learning.

We believe that to your child the world is totally new and must be explored. Each new thing that he/she discovers and learns about helps him/her in his/her growth towards adulthood. Our method of teaching is unique. Our goal is to help children learn life skills. It is based on a sensible balance between freedom and structure specifically designed for the young child. We follow the EYFS programme i.e. Early Years Foundation Stage programme.

The EYFS is made up of six areas of Learning and Development. All areas of Learning and Development are connected to one another and are equally important. All areas of Learning and Development are underpinned by the Principles of the EYFS.
